Ingredients

Paneer - 1 kgYellow chilli powder - 10 gm?Fresh cream - 125 gm ?Besan - 25 gm ?Ginger - garlic paste- 5 gmAjwain - 3 gmSalt - 1 teaspoon ( or to taste )
Method
Cut
paneer into 2″ cubes of 50 gm. each. ?
Dust
paneer with half of yellow chilli powder and sprinkle salt and rub. ?
Make a marinade of cream, besan, ginger garlic paste, salt to taste, yellow chilli powder and ajwain.
Coat the
paneer with the marinade and arrange in a tray. ?
