I was listening to the “Are Humans Innately Good” episode of To Best Of Our Knowledge yesterday and they interviewed Ron Shaich, the founder of Panera Bread Company. He was talking about his new concept, Panera Cares Cafes. They are basically a non-profit version of the regular Panera, but instead of paying certain prices for you food, they run on the pay-what-you-can model.
