My attempts to clear out the pantry somewhat, continue. Making use of some gaudy red cordial earlier today, and then for this evening’s meal I found a can of brown lentils. Made a warm salad, which was rather perfect for such a stinking hot day. I am starting to all but hyperventilate now though, our pantry looks seriously lacking, and I know there are some regular standbys that I couldn’t make now if I wanted, but still, I will continue on.
