A quick, successful meal!
1 lb penne or pennoni
1/3 cup olive oil
1 small yellow onion, chopped
1/2 package of your favorite frozen veggies
2 TB tomato paste
1 tsp oregano
salt/pepper to taste
1/3 cup light cream
1 frozen basil cube
1 3/4 cups of chopped tomatoes
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
Cook
