I’m sure none of you recall, but this is actually the first restaurant I reviewed from way back. I thought with our new format, it might be time to revisit Paul’s Burger. There’s a reason that I’ve eaten here more than any restaurant in New York. They offer exactly what I want by way of BOTH food and service.
