meatballs*8 oz
peach jam2 shallots, minced2 cloves garlic, minced1/3 cup bourbon1/4 cup light brown sugar3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce1/2 teaspoon allspice1/2 teaspoon cayenne1/4 teaspoon ground galangal1/4 teaspoon nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon macesaltfreshly ground black pepper
Directions:The easiest way: Dump all of the ingredients in a 4 quart slow cooker. Stir. Then cook on low for 4-6 hrs or high for 2-3. Stir again.
