If you’ve been to the Peanut Butter & Co. Sandwich Shop in NYC you may have seen the Peanut Butter BLT on the menu. The only difference between that and a normal BLT is using peanut butter instead of mayonnaise. I hate mayonnaise but love BLT’s and the peanut butter version is quite tasty.
