To express my new found love for
persimmon, I decided to make this
Persimmon Pudding recipe. And it turned out to be a good one! It was really easy and quick to prepare. And, the most important, it was delicious.
The only problem I had with this recipe (and which I entirely assume the responsability) is that I used a 9 inch X 9 inch baking pan instead of a 9 inch X 13 inch baking pan. No need to tell you that with the amount of baking powder that there is in this recipe, my batter raised a lot (...)
