Pesto is one of the most versatile things around. It can be made in the classic way with basil and olive oil or it can be something entirely different, made up of ingredients you’d not normally think of as
pesto. It can be a pasta sauce, a marinade, a condiment… it’s use is really only limited by your imagination. Do you have a favorite
