  For me, I thought, and am finding to be true, that dieting is all about the veggies and water.  It's not about focussing on odd foods, counting every carb and calorie, "tricks" or constantly denying myself. The key, for me, is lots of fruit/veggies and drinking lots of iced herbal tea, anything from Celestial Seasonings tastes just as good iced as hot and it's a great substitute for me for soda especially since I'm now keeping lemons and limes cut up in the fridge to g (...)
