Ingredients:1 (14-ounce) can sliced beets1/2 cup sugar1/2 cup apple cider vinegar1/2 teaspoon salt6 hard cooked
eggs, shells removed(You can easily double, triple, or quadruple this recipe. A large glass jar is best for marinating.)
Directions:Combine sugar, vinegar, and salt in a saucepan. Add
beets to juice and cook over low heat for 10 minutes.
