During the summer when I was experimenting with
green tomatoes I tried making a fried
green tomato BLT that I really enjoyed. While I was slicing the
green tomatoes for the
pickled green tomatoes I thought that a
pickled green tomato BLT would be the perfect place to start trying them when they were ready. Flash forward a few months and I was finally ready to try it out. The
