This makes a great side dish or an easy lunch. I found the recipe in the Woman’s Weekly Stew cookbook. I certainly wouldn’t class it as a stew, but either way it tastes good.
Pilaf with

1 cup (250ml) water
100g baby
spinach leaves, shredded coarsely
