Ingredients
Kabuli Channa - 1kgTea leaves - 1 teaspoonGhee - 200 gJeera - 15 g ( 3 teaspoon)Ajwain - 10 gBlack cardamom - 5Coriander powder - 20 gAnardana powder - 25 gAmchur ( dry mango ) powder - 20 gRed chilli powder - 20 gKasoori methi - 15 gGreen chilli - 3, slit lengthwiseGinger - 15 gBlack salt - 20 gSalt to taste
Method
Soak channa for at least 6 hours or overninght.
