I am in a summery frame of mind. Hence (not ‘hence why’ - isn’t that like saying P.I.N number*?) I am happy to make a drink that is usually saved for special occasions. Most often this drink was served up at Christmas parties to non-drinkers in our family. I don’t even know who’s recipe this is.
