Popchips sent me some chips to try out and I used some as a crust for chicken. I am totally copying this food snob but still.. I used the barbeque flavor for these plump buddies and it worked out great. I marinated the chicken overnight in a chile lime rub then dusted them with seasoned flour and then coated them with crushed chips and baked them in a 350 F oven until golden and delicious.
