I love pork, but I loath it too. I am about as fussy with pork meat as anyone be. Even as a little girl, though I didn’t know why, I disliked the roast pork my dad would cook - save the crackling which I could eat until I felt ill, given the chance. Now the first thing I can find distasteful about pork is when it’s overcooked and dry. I think pork is worse than chicken if overcooked.
