I wondered if I’d made a mistake. Had asking a bunch of foodies on Nigella.com been a silly thing to do? I immediately discovered that Potato Salad is a polarising dish for some. Sure, there are some like me, who just love pretty much any version, but there are many more who have strong opinions on the way this delicious dish is at it’s best. Creamy or not? Bacon? Eggs?
