Chicken pot pie made with puff pastry is so easy you could do it accidently. Well maybe not totally accidently but with little to no effort. Boil some chicken with a bay leaf some celery, onion and a large carrot, salt and pepper till it is ready to fall off the bone. Separate the chicken from the bone trying to keep the pieces as large as possible.
