Started my four day work schedule yesterday. Decided on something simple for dinner, because I also wanted to bake bagels last night. I still had some of the perogies I made a few weeks back, in the
freezer so they became dinner. Fried up some side pork and onions to go with them. I posted the recipe back in April.
