Last night’s dinner was something simple yet delicious – fried
pumpkin with
luncheon meat combo. I found this recipe from Hochiak’s site and had been tempted to try the recipe out for sometime. I was blown away by the lovely flavour of this dish, the savory flavour of the dried shrimp paired up well with the sweetness of the
pumpkin – marriage in heaven Steve and I loved it!!
