Pumpkin Walnut Pie

INGREDIENTS

pie crust (recipe below)
2 cups walnuts (divided) , toasted
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon
pumpkin pie spice blend
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon potato starch
1-1/2 cups of roasted
pumpkin puree
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup egg substitute
1 cup lite coconut milk
DIRECTIONS
