Lemon curd. lime curd and passionfruit curd are a some of my favourite sweet treats. It would make sense then, that another tart ingredient would win me over when turned into a curd.
I am well aware we are pretty far away from Christmas, but I would never let that stop me from using cranberries. If only because it IS winter, and this is the time when I am much more happy to be standing over a pot of hot curd.
