Ingredients
2 cups wheat flour1/2 teaspoon salt1/2 teaspoon oilEnough water for making dough ( approximately 1/2 cup )Ghee for frying1 cup chana dal1 1/2 cup water ( for chana dal )1/2 teaspoon salt ( for chana dal )
Grind to a paste:
1 teaspoon garam masala powder1/2 teaspoon chilli powder1/2 teaspoon cumin ( jeera ) seeds1/2 - inch piece ginger
