Ingredients
1 cup ( 200 g ) moong dal1 cup ( 200 g )
urad dal1 cup ( 200 g ) wheat1/2 cup ( 100 g ) rawa ( sooji )1 tablespoon ( 15 g ) cashew nuts , chopped1 teaspoon ( 5 g ) cardamom powder
For the sugar syrup :
4 cups ( 800 g ) sugar2 cups ( 360 ml ) water
Method
Separately roast the rawa, moong dal ,
urad dal and wheat till light brown. When cool grind to a fine flour.
Heat sugar and water together to obtain a two string sugar syrup.
