Ingredients
Ragi flour - 60 gUrad dal ( soaked ) -30 gOnions- 50 gGreen chillies ( finely chopped ) – 2Coriander leaves ( finely chopped ) – 2 tablespoonCooking oil- 2 tablespoonSalt – to taste
Method
Blend the soaked urad dal in a mixer . Mix it with
ragi flour and make a batter of dropping consistency with water.Add finely chopped onions, coriander leaves, chillies and salt to taste.On a heated nonstick tawa, cook the
