The theme this month for our Cooking Light Virtual Supper Club is ”A Taste of Spring”. It surely taste like Spring today. We have a nice sun and the weather is warm in the Valley.
Last week I spent 5 days, in Vancouver, for the Olympics and we had such a great time. The weather was beyond expectations, sunny and warm during the day.
