When I recently received some flavored peanut butters from Sunland, I was excited to test one of the flavors out in peanut butter cookies. The result is a truly fantastic cookie, which has a slight raspberry flavor; while the raspberry taste is there, it is far from overpowering, and really lets the peanut butter shine.
