I am really digging sea vegetables these days. In sushi, in miso soup, in salads… and I’m not just talking about nori
seaweed. There are tons of other chewy oceanic delights like wakame, hijiki, kombu, arame…they are all salt-water-tastic! They add a lot of interesting flavor to dishes, plus they are packed with nutrients and are really low in calories.
Unfortunately, they are not so wallet-friendly. I had grand plans to make a
