Boeuf Bourguignon. Perfect for the chilly fall weather that has moved in.Let me just say this was fabulous! It was totally worth the little bit of fussiness it involves (which really isn’t that much). We’ve made the Jacque Pepin version before but this was so much better. The flavors just melded together beautifully
