A done
soup is better than a perfect
soup. I really wanted to make the beef stock from scratch. But you know there is a LOT of squash and pumpkin hanging out here. I kept saying I am going to do this challenge and make the stock but alas, I ran out of time. I bought some Organic Beef stock and used it to make my
soup. The result was delicious to me but it tasted remarkably like this one that I made not too long ago.
