The Daring Bakers are at it again and it’s more of the sweet stuff. Much as I love doing the challenges which keep adding to my steadily improving baking skills, every time a challenge is posted at the forums I keep hoping that it would be something savoury. So when I saw we would be making Panna Cotta and Florentine Cookies, I wasn’t very excited to be baking something sweet again.

We had to make Florentine Cookies, which I din’t do. Can you imagine me beeing lazy for baking and that is what exactly happend I was lazy for baking, especialy cookies…..
Actually to be honese I was going to Skip all together the DB challenge this month but few days back I thoguht why not do it.

Hi Friends, My Valentine’s Day post is a little early this year, and it is a redux (originally posted 1 year ago.) I’m going to be away from the blog for a couple of days as we’re revamping the office/study and are upgrading computers.
I first saw the idea on Lloyd & Lauren’s blog, and if you do an internet search you can find several variations. I thought they would make perfect little
