The previous post is the last one I had saved up before I moved – yes, I am in New York now. I have been for a week! I won’t have Internet for another week yet, and have been relying on my iPhone for everything. Though I do have pictures of other things I’ve made and some text written, I can’t upload pictures from the phone so posting is terribly inconvenient (I tried it from a friend’s place and it’s just too time-consuming to cobble posts together from someone else’s computer).
My Daring Bakers post will be quite late but it will be the first recipe post I do once I am back online. Coincidentally, the date my Internet is set to kick in is the same day I start class, so school-related postings will commence then as well.

If you’re in the New York area, feel free to give me a shout out -I have another whole week free to explore and do whatever so I’d love to meet more people in the area! Any relatively sane, local, kitchen-challenged readers are also welcome to come bake with me in my spacious and well-equipped kitchen. Which reminds me, I WILL try to make one post from my friend’s computer – the official tour of my new living space. Yay!
