I had a few very ripe bananas to use up so I went in search of a fun new recipe to make. I found this recipe on Dragon’s Kitchen and couldn’t resist making them and I am so glad I did. They were a huge hit with everyone, especially my kids. My son and I had a great time baking these muffins together and he had an even better time gobbling them up.
