I had a few very ripe bananas to use up so I went in search of a fun new recipe to make. I found this recipe on Dragon’s Kitchen and couldn’t resist making them and I am so glad I did. They were a huge hit with everyone, especially my kids. My son and I had a great time baking these muffins together and he had an even better time gobbling them up. Some *recipes* are just P.E.R.F.E.C.T, in every sense - simple, everyday ingredients, no fancy equipment needed, just mix them all together as if you are making a pot of coffee and Whoopee, there you have a perfectly baked cake. My best pal DK of ChefInYou made one such cake and I was eagerly waiting for a perfect occassion to make it, myself.

On one of my rounds at IMDb, I ended up at “The Lord of the Rings - The Fellowship of the Ring” trivia and read that Stuart Townsend was Peter Jackson’s first idea for the role of Aragorn (which was a complete shock to me). Luckily Viggo *sigh* was chosen instead – talk about a perfect replacement.

I told you I had an addiction – if you did not believe me then, you might start believing me now.
There is one thing different, however: this time I went for blueberries instead of blackberries, as in Natalie’s recipe. Just don’t ask me which one I like more – you know I have trouble picking favorites.
