I cannot think of a better way to enjoy fresh than having them plain, in a fruit with your favourite topping.  My dessert last night after a failed Provencal dinner.  When gets as fresh as these, I simply top them with honey for that added sweetness and hazelnut for that extra crunch. 

Love it.
