I loved the Crusty recipe so much I couldn’t wait to make it again. I decided to halve the recipe this (to make only one large loaf) and I added a head of to the mixture. This turned out just as delicious as the regular but with a really nice flavor. I may add another head of for an even stronger flavor the next

i had to bake a sure thing. this is what i baked: . specifically, Leffe . the bottle was only 11.2oz and the recipe calls for 12oz. i added water for the difference.
it was lumpy.it smelled boozy.it baked beautifully.it tasted heavenly.
