Joao and I are absolutely crazy for olives – that is why it is difficult for me to make a recipe that calls for them: we eat the whole jar beforehand.

I know not everyone has the time to bake their own bread all the time, but I don’t know anything about store bought gluten-free breads. Can you guys please give some suggestions for the best tasting, nutritious breads that are available on the shelf?
