I’ve been on a White Rabbit vibe these days – feeling terrible late with lots of things to do before I’m officially on vacation.

200g dark chocolate, chopped
250g unsalted butter, room temperature, chopped
1 ¾ cups (306g) brown sugar, packed
4 eggs
1 ½ teaspoons

I made these for my official brownie tester and asked her opinion about them: she said they were really, really, good and eating them was like “biting into foam”. Then I asked if these were better than her favorite brownies – she said she couldn’t decide, because they were both delicious, despite being different in texture.

I’ve tried a lot of different brownie recipes in the last few months, but my all-time favorite recipe continues to be this one that I spotted on Dessert First almost 2 years back.I made these cocoa brownies last night inspired by what I saw on Nupur’s One Hot Stove. Nupur, in turn, had been inspired by something she’d come across on Smitten Kitchen. I’ve made a few changes to the original recipe.

Hubby left to US today morning, and the taxi came exactly a hour and fifteen minutes earlier, it was such a panick, we woke up when he rang the door bell. I saw hubby rushing to the door to see if it was the taxi and saw him flying back inside well let me put like this I have never seen anyone getting dressed so fast.There was no chit chat no tea just rushing to the bathroom etc………… I in
