Yesterday, the temperature here went up to as high as 43C around mid afternoon! It is crazy I know to happen in this part of the world, but it is nothing compared to someone here whom decided to adorn her little black apron to bake a cake. The only sane thing she did was not to eat it straight from the oven, but waited patiently for it to cool in the fridge for a couple of hours before tucking
