These chips are a great snack. These slightly salted, deep fried goodies also can be used to accompany any rice dishes. Amma usually serves these chips along with tomato rice, lemon rice or bisibelabath. They are so easy to make and a single plaintain yields a huge amount of chips. Having the aroma of frying something in coconut oil that brings me back to the smell of home, that is how i feell now if you ask my husband he would say smell of coconut oil for him is like cookie smell it remind him of the coconut macarons they sell here
now when I add coconut oil to my hair he tcomes and smell my hair and tell me it smells like cookies, thank God he doesnt eat my hair ;-
