It’s been a while since I bake any cookies.Recently,I visited a famous cookies and pie store in our area.Hubby love their cookies said that place is the best cookies in the town.Of course ,the rich and famous resident line up patiently and snatch the expensive pies and cookies without a blink.Anyway we bought 2 packets of oatmeal and raisin cookies. Each pack contained 10 pieces and it’s cost 4.50! Isn’t quite expensive? We didn’t buy any pie,the cheapest pie is at $15 and the expensive pie sell at $28! hubby said it’s handmade that the reason the price is higher! I try few pieces of the cookies we bought and now I try to make the same cookies but hubby said mine cookies is chewy,he not a fan of chewy cookies !!*sobbing*.Anyway,I adapt my recipe from joyofbaking ,Oatmeal cookies. <img style=”cente…

I was happy to turn on the oven to take the chill out of my bones, but I wasn’t in the mood to bake anything labor intensive. I decided o…
