Just a ferry ride away from Seattle is one of my favorite islands — Vashon!
Here are few scenes from a recent visit with my mom, she was just as happy to visit. We went to the farmers’ market, which brings backs special memories of Ithaca’s farmers’ market for us. We ate at one of my favorite vegetarian restaurants, Monkey Tree and we visited a darling lavender farm. I’ll save the lavender
