Focaccia has become a staple snack in our freezer, cut into serving sizes ready for a quick thaw in the microwave. I’m partial to fresh rosemary and coarse sea salt, but darling chef likes a wider variety of toppings. Since the tomatoes have been so good, and since we’ve had a good bit of fresh basil lately, we started thinking about how to make a focaccia with these ingredients.
