shh, there’s a wedding order coming up for these babies..so here are the sampling! I would wait for the wedding to come, but I want to show em off and thank coleslaw who’s loaning me the teardrop cutters I need to make these frangis! THANK YOU so much
I’m working on getting these flowers to pop out…hmmm…answer: egg cartons. I’m now cutting them out petal by petal (oh the agony). Now holding them together, I first kept their stems together, and unfolded them. Had some problems unfolding them, so I went to Plan B. Piecing em together and setting them in foil. It’s got its pros and cons….so this step, I’ve gotta work out. I bought the most expensive gumpaste in the world to try out! I just can’t bear to open it. Haha.
Really love these flowers. On the road, in the trees, in my hair…on these cupcakes…
I have a question to the bakers out there, what petal dust is good to get for these frangis? Sunflower or Daffodil?
Anyways, big props to the bride, groom AND Jo! You guys are awesome and I look forward to the wedding
