Since we’re eat a lot more fish these days, especially salmon ~ I like to prepare it simply, then add a bit of a twist to it to tweak the flavor. Trust me, this is another one that you don’t need a formal or written recipe ~ it’s more of a technique for finishing the pan seared fish.
