What´s For Lunch, Honey? is usually fairly easy one around here. As we all are greatly productive in our jobs, the answer would not differ that much: Canteen food, sweetie.
In case like mine, you don’t bother thinking about lunches, if warm buffet is right down the stairs. It is in the evenings, when it gets darker outside, hungry necks arrive home and expect a banquet ready on their plates.
Recently even though the time has not allowed it, I have allocated a few hours to indulge in true pleasure. Everything I cooked has barely touched the plates and ooops was it gone in seconds. Here it is - my adaption of Meeta´s What´s For Lunch Honey, in a more relaxed evening way…
