This month Srivalli chose Javvarisi/Sago/Sabudhana Murukku for the Indian cooking challenge. I have never heard of this and the recipe itself sounded delicious. I have never had javvarisi in anything except for payasams. The result was a delicious crispy snack to accompany our evening chai.
