In the mood for a , easy, and extremely tasty dinner? Have I got the meal for you. It’s got , it’s got , it’s got vegetables. I’d seen Dianne’s parmesan roasted rosemary potatoes this morning, and knew they were going on the menu. They’re a classic combination; what goes better with than ? And roasting, simple as can be. The chef and I had discussed having hamburgers, but would the go? Of course!! Fancy-schmancy “fries.” I was in.

When Zlamushka announced that she had chosen to showcase Nupur’s blog, One Hot Stove, for her event Tried & Tasted, I headed there. This blog is one that I read regularly and she writes very concise and informative posts, not to mention her good collection of recipes and knitting projects. I am also an admirer of Dale.
