Bored by eating same old routine menu. Try something innovative as we all know ‘cooking is all about experimenting and experiencing’. The only word i can say about this rainbow roll-ups is INDULGE!
INGREDIENTS:
- 4 Chapattis
- 2 Egg whites, beaten
- 1 cup mixed Sprouts, steamed or cooked
- 1 Potato, peeled, boiled and diced fine
- 1/2 cup Coriander, chopped fine
- 1 tsp Green chillies, chopped fine
- A few leaves of Lettuce
- 1 Carrot, julienned and blanched
- 2 Onions, sliced fine lenghtwise
- 1 each red, yellow and green Bell peppers, sliced fine
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Amchur
- 1 tsp Oil

Sometimes a person simply needs to whip up a recipe for the sole purpose of combining all of their favorite foods on one plate. For me, this is easiest when summer is in full swing, the eggplants are big but still have their youthful purple blush, the heirloom tomatoes are Rubenesque beauties, coyly flaunting their curves in languid piles, and every herb imaginable is stacked high, fresh picked from the farm down the road. You can’t walk into a market without being stopped in your tracks by some ridiculously beautiful vegetable, sitting there looking like it’s been polished by hand, ready for its close-up. Food like this begs to be eaten as simply as possible, tying up a few flavors and textures into a dish that lets the ingredients sing for themselves.

I’ve been quite dejected of late.
I have lost my desire for grilling fish.
Mind you, this is big news. Ding-dong, sound the gong: the death of Desire, with a capital D. (Oh no, I’m having a flashback to my pretentious years in school. Heaven forbid.)
Recalling the capital D, I do not think my lack of desire lately has anything to do with our general lack of industry. This is different: I’ve been foiled by failure and I’m now fearful of destroying more specimens of fishly beauty.
After those gorgeous(!) pike mackerel about a month ago, I’ve been having trouble grilling fish. I’ve tried it with three different fish now. I wish I knew what I was doing wrong, because then, I can write myself a cautionary tale of how not to turn beautiful fish into ugly fish.
